By choosing to participate in this contest, each entrant must abide by and is subject to these Official Rules and understands that the results of the contest as determined by the Bozeman Birth Center are final in all respects. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered in any way by Facebook. Eligibility Requirements

The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States. The Bozeman Birth Center has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Children of the Bozeman Birth Center employees or who are otherwise affiliated with the Bozeman Birth Center are eligible to enter and to win. Children or their parents are not required to be a patient (current or past) in order to win.

The Bozeman Birth Center reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest in its sole discretion. Entry forms must be picked up at the Bozeman Birth Center location and may be dropped off or mailed to the same address at 601 W Villard St. Bozeman, MT 59715.

Contest Entry Instructions and Terms

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entry forms are available at the Bozeman Birth Center. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what the entrant can use to color the image. Complete the entry form in its entirety on the back of the coloring page. Incomplete forms will be null and void. By submitting an entry form and drawing to the Bozeman Birth Center, each entrant (and his or her parent/guardian) is consenting to the use by the Bozeman Birth Center of the entrant’s drawing for promotional and/or advertising purposes. No entry or drawing will be returned, and all drawings submitted in the contest, together with all rights thereto, shall belong solely to the Bozeman Birth Center. Entries will be judged by the Bozeman Birth Center based on creativity, coloring skill and overall artistic ability within each age group listed below.

Winner Selection and Prizes

The Bozeman Birth Center will select one (1) winner in the 1-5 age group, one (1) winner in the 6-9 age group, one (1) winner in the 10-13 age group, one (1) winner in the 14-18 age group, and one (1) winner in the 18 and older age group. Each age group winner’s parent and/or guardian will be contacted after final decisions have been made by the Bozeman Birth Center. Once the parent/guardian has been contacted, each of the five winners’ drawings along with their first name and age will be posted on the Bozeman Birth Center facebook and instagram. The odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. The Bozeman Birth Center will award prizes to each of the five age group winners. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are not transferable. No substitutions will be allowed.
